Terms and Conditions of Service

STN TOUR – Car Rental Services with and without Driver

 

1. Service Overview

STN TOUR provides car rental services with a driver (NCC) and self-drive car rentals for private clients, companies, and organizations.
The goal is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and personalized travel experience, in full compliance with Italian laws and regulations.

 

2. Bookings and Rental Procedures

Bookings can be made through official STN TOUR channels (website, phone, or email).
Upon confirmation, the client will receive a summary including:

• Type of service requested (with or without driver)
• Vehicle category
• Applied rates
• Any additional requested services
• Duration and rental conditions

STN TOUR reserves the right to accept or decline a booking based on vehicle availability or other operational requirements.

 

3. Requirements for Self-Drive Rentals

For self-drive rentals, the client must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid driving license (category B or higher) for at least 12 months
• Present a valid ID card or passport
• Provide a credit card in the primary driver’s name for the security deposit

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered, except for normal wear and tear.

 

4. Chauffeur-Driven Rental Service (NCC)

The NCC service is provided by professional drivers holding all legally required licenses.
Rates include:

• Vehicle with driver
• Fuel
• Tolls and parking fees, unless otherwise specified

The service can be customized according to specific needs (transfers, tours, events, corporate representation, weddings, etc.).

 

5. Payments and Deposits

• Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
• For self-drive rentals, a security deposit starting from €250 is required, refundable at the end of the rental subject to vehicle inspection.
• Rates are calculated based on duration, distance, vehicle type, and any additional services.

 

6. Insurance and Coverage

All STN TOUR vehicles are covered by RCA insurance, theft, and fire.
Additional coverage options are available to reduce or eliminate the deductible in case of accidental damage.
Clients must comply with vehicle usage conditions to maintain insurance coverage validity.

 

7. Modifications and Cancellations

Clients may modify or cancel their booking according to the terms outlined in the confirmation.
Changes made with adequate notice incur no additional charges.
In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, STN TOUR may retain a percentage of the agreed rental price.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the correct use of the vehicle and for complying with traffic laws.
Any fines, damages, or violations incurred during the rental period are the client’s responsibility.
Smoking, transporting animals without prior authorization, or allowing unregistered persons to drive is prohibited.

 

9. Roadside Assistance

STN TOUR offers 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Italy.
In the event of a breakdown or accident, clients must promptly contact the assistance number provided at the time of rental.

 

10. Privacy and Data Processing

STN TOUR ensures the protection of personal data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Collected data is used exclusively for managing rental services and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

 

11. Jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where STN TOUR’s registered office is located, unless otherwise provided by law.
